Helyiségek: 1 amerikai konyhás nappali, innen nyílik az erkély is. 1 hálószoba, 1 fürdő. A wc a fürdőben van. A 3 helyiséget egy folyosó köti össze, ami egyben egy 4 m hosszú tükrös gardrób is.
Az épületen belül is ritka adottságú lakás: a hálószobának nincs szomszédja, ezért csendes; a fürdőszobának saját ablaka van; a fürdőszoba ablak és a nappali vagy hálószoba ablak kinyitásával átszellőztethető a lakás.
A lakás stílusosan és egyben praktikusan kialakított: lebegő polcok, lebegő TV, jó minőségű black out sötétítőfüggönyök, kellemes színek.
Az épületben központi szellőztetés működik, ami folyamatosan friss levegővel látja el a lakást.
A lakás videó kaputelefonnal van ellátva, ami igen praktikus, ha idegen személy csenget fel.
Az épületnek saját biztonsági szolgálata van. A biztonságiak a nap folyamán többször is körbejárnak az épületben + a környékén is.
Az épület bejárati ajtaja rfid alapú, úgynevezett tokenes megoldással nyitható (nem kell kulccsal babrálni).
Ha ottalvó vendéget vársz, a nappali kanapéja széthúzható, amin további 2 fő tud aludni. Az étkező kerek asztala 4 főről 6 fősre bővíthető.
Gépek/eszközök: mosógép, kerámia főzőlap, sütő, konyhai szagelszívó, hűtő (alul fagyasztós), TV, mikrohullámú sütő, légkondicionáló mindkét helyiségben.
A lakást újonnan vásároltam és 3 évig párommal laktam ott, ezért minden sajátosságát ismerem a lakásnak. Nem dohányzunk, illetve másnak sem engedtük, hogy a lakásban dohányozzon. Ez elvárás az új bérlővel szemben is.

If you are expecting guests to sleep over, the sofa in the living room can be pulled out, on which 2 more people can sleep. The round table in the dining room can be expanded from 4 to 6 people.

I bought the apartment newly and lived there with my partner for 3 years, so I know all the peculiarities of the apartment. We do not smoke, nor have we allowed anyone else to smoke in the apartment. This is also expected of the new tenant.
